Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Remote)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Administrative Assistant to provide remote support across our ventures. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, ideal for someone highly organized and comfortable managing both day-to-day admin tasks and sensitive financial information.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage bookkeeping using QuickBooks
Process payroll and pay bills on time
Track business expenses and oversee monthly financial reporting
Maintain HR records and assist with onboarding documents
Respond to general inquiries and route messages appropriately
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with logistics
Provide general administrative support to business leadership
Qualifications:
Proven experience with QuickBooks (required)
Strong attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines
Experience with small businesses, HR, or therapy/coaching practices a plus
Must be able to provide two professional references
