Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Remote)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Administrative Assistant to provide remote support across our ventures. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, ideal for someone highly organized and comfortable managing both day-to-day admin tasks and sensitive financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookkeeping using QuickBooks

  • Process payroll and pay bills on time

  • Track business expenses and oversee monthly financial reporting

  • Maintain HR records and assist with onboarding documents

  • Respond to general inquiries and route messages appropriately

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with logistics

  • Provide general administrative support to business leadership

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with QuickBooks (required)

  • Strong attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)

  • Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines

  • Experience with small businesses, HR, or therapy/coaching practices a plus

  • Must be able to provide two professional references
